8 HOURS OF SLEEP

Sleep is the time when our nervous system and the other parts of the body gets complete rest. When we sleep our eyes are closed and we are relaxed. we are motionless and refreshing our brain to work again normally. we grow healthy with our good sleep.


and so that if we come back from a tired day and feel sick we will have to go to sleep to rest our minds and work our brains and bodies.When we go home to rest we feel like we are growing more and getting energy in side of us.



when we exercise we feel tied so that's why it is good to have 8 hours sleep at night.
The more we sleep the more we grow stronger and helps us think get more energy to wok harder.

It is important to go to sleep for 8 hours so that we can rest our bodies and minds
