8 HOURS OF SLEEP

Sleep is the time when our nervous system and the other parts of the body gets complete rest. When we sleep our eyes are closed and we are relaxed. we are motionless and refreshing our brain to work again normally. we grow healthy with our good sleep.

and so that if we come back from a tired day and feel sick we will have to go to sleep to rest our minds and work our brains and bodies.When we go home to rest we feel like we are growing more and getting energy in side of us.

when we exercise we feel tied so that's why it is good to have 8 hours sleep at night.
The more we sleep the more we grow stronger and helps us think get more energy to wok harder.

It is important to go to sleep for 8 hours so that we can rest our bodies and minds

we must sleep because when we sleep we rest our bodies and minds so that in the next day we can refresh our minds sleep for 8 hours.Clean thoughts about people to stay positive and actions.

You can reduce your risk of cancer by having a healthy lifestyle. Eating a healthy diet, keeping fit and drinking less alcohol.You must eat a lot of healthy food and fruit also vegetables.When we are tied we have to drink water to keep ourselves hydrated.

And this is what kind of food we must eat at least 5 plus a day.

Desire Athletics

Today we did high jump for athletics.When we walked up to the field  to do some athletics it was difficult at first but in the end I got better at it.At the last minute I learnt a new strategics to take part in what we were doing.I really enjoyed high jump for the first time in my life because i  diden’t know it  before

When I was gonna jump I felt like i wasn't going to make it.So i was so scared at first.Then i just told myself no desire i should do it.All the girls didn't wanna do it so Mrs Raj said to all of the girls go for two laps i did 2 laps alright.And that was cool.

Anyways i really loved it even though we didn't make it.

How I spent my time during the holidays.

During the holidays are our two week break from school, Between term 3 and term 4 also during the month of october.I went to huntly on a car a On a cold windy saturday me and my mum and sister jumped in the car put on our seatbelts then mum started the engine.Off we went driving on to the motorway in the car.Man it took long to get down there.While i was waiting i just played on to my netbook.As i said to my mum finally we are here. After we had a great week with my aunty i went with my cousin to the rurubar.To see my grand fathers grave man it was un tidy lookings but enyways i still enjoyed going there to see my papa.

We need to have a break off school rest our brains.Like cleaning up our houses or playing fun activities outside really awesome family times.

The stuff desire learnt in term 3.

participated in cross country  and knowing what the  feelings are to elect a party.

best part I learnt in taekwondo

In taekwondo room 10 also other classes go to the hall.So we can learn how to defined  i really learned alot from doing that because like if you were in a stage were you needed help but nobody there and only self defense could help you that what i would do.

Anyway my favorite subject out of those was the board and why because man when i kicked these boards it felt like I hated somebody some much in their guts I just wanted to make them feel pain.When I did that I felt proud of myself to.

I did baking with my friend Mary Jane, we made it with Tim tam biscuits, ice cream, chocolate and lollies. It took a little bit long for it to rest. so we still put it in the fridge. After a while we served some up to my mom to taste and eat if it was OK. I enjoyed my time making stuff.

Today i internet. I've just done my blogger during these holidays I've enjoyed lots of staff like always coming to the library with  my friends and doing my work i cant wait to come to school so that i can share my thoughts and thinking to what i done.Hope i do well in my extra math and study ladder.
